Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Using this website or booking work with Spokane Surface Solutions, LLC means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book the work.

2. Estimates and prices

• Prices on the website are for the sizes described there. A normal-size driveway at $129 is up to about 600 square feet, plus the front walkway. Larger work is quoted on its own.
• House and roof prices are starting prices. A second story on a house wash adds $100 to that starting price. The final number depends on size and condition.
• Online, email, and phone estimates are preliminary. We confirm the price in writing before we start.
• If the property does not match the description or the photos, we will tell you the new price and wait for your OK before we start or continue.
• When a house wash, roof treatment, and driveway cleaning are booked for the same visit, we take 15% off that written quote. The discount is not applied by the website form. It is on the quote we send.

3. Scheduling, weather, and cancellation

• We reply to estimate requests within 24 hours. Call or text (509) 224-3687 and leave a message anytime.
• Exterior washing can be moved when weather would make the work unsafe or ineffective. A weather move has no fee.
• Call or email to reschedule. If we have not started the job, there is no charge.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished, unless the written quote says otherwise. We do not add a fee after that quote unless you approve a change in the work.

5. How we clean

We pick the method for the surface:

• Siding, roofs, and painted surfaces are soft washed at low pressure with cleaning solution.
• Concrete driveways, walkways, and similar hard surfaces may be cleaned with a surface cleaner at higher pressure.
• We pre-wet and rinse nearby plants. Keep children and pets inside during the work, and keep pets off wet surfaces until they are dry.

A low-pressure roof wash is the method many shingle makers expect. We do not promise that a wash leaves every manufacturer's warranty unchanged. Check your warranty if that matters for the job.

6. What you do before we arrive

• Close and latch doors and windows.
• Turn off exterior outlets and fixtures we will be near.
• Move vehicles off the driveway when we are cleaning concrete or washing the roof.
• Move fragile items, potted plants, and furniture out of the work area.
• Give us access to a working outdoor faucet.

7. Limits of liability

We are not responsible for:

• Existing damage: loose siding, peeling or oxidized paint, failed window or door seals, or cracks in concrete that were already there and show up once the dirt is gone.
• Water inside: water that enters because seals have failed, caulk is cracked, or windows or doors were left open.
• Fading: color the sun has already taken out of a surface. Washing can make that fading easier to see. The wash does not restore it.
• Plants and pets: damage from cleaner that sits on plants or paws when the prep and rinse steps above were not followed.

8. Giveaway

The monthly driveway-wash giveaway is covered by the official rules. Those rules control if they conflict with marketing text on the homepage.

9. Site content

The name, logo, photos, and text on this site belong to Spokane Surface Solutions, LLC. Do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

10. Insurance

We carry insurance and will send proof before the job if you ask. Publishing a license or policy number on this page is not a substitute for that proof.

11. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes about these terms or the work are handled in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
