2. Estimates and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate estimates based on the information and photos you submit online. However, please note:

• All online, email, and phone estimates are preliminary and subject to change upon a physical, on-site inspection.
• If the scope of work differs significantly from the initial description, we will discuss any price adjustments with you prior to beginning the work.

3. Property Preparation

To ensure a safe and effective cleaning process, the homeowner or property manager is responsible for the following prior to our arrival:

• Ensuring all doors and windows are tightly closed and sealed.
• Turning off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures.
• Removing fragile items, potted plants, and outdoor furniture from the immediate work area.
• Moving vehicles from driveways if concrete cleaning or roof washing is scheduled.

While our solutions are 100% pet and plant safe, we require pets and children to remain indoors during active cleaning to prevent trip hazards with hoses and equipment.

4. Limitations of Liability

Spokane Surface Solutions, LLC utilizes industry-standard low-pressure "soft washing" techniques to safely clean delicate surfaces. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing Damage: Loose siding, peeling paint, broken seals on windows/doors, or oxidized paint that becomes visible once dirt and organic growth are removed.
• Water Intrusion: Water entering the home due to faulty seals, cracked caulking, or improperly closed windows/doors.
• Sun Fading (UV Oxidation): Surfaces that have been naturally degraded by the sun may appear faded or chalky after the surface layer of grime is washed away. This is not damage caused by the cleaning process, but the revelation of natural wear.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
