1. Who this covers

This policy explains what Spokane Surface Solutions, LLC collects when you use spokanesurfacesolutions.com, request an estimate, or enter the driveway-wash giveaway. It does not cover DilutionCalc at app.spokanesurfacesolutions.com, which is a separate site.

2. Information you give us

• Estimate requests: name, phone, email, property address, services, contact preference, project notes, and up to three photos you choose to upload.
• Giveaway entries: name, phone, email, the month of the drawing, and your confirmation that you agree to the rules.
• Email or phone: whatever you send when you call, text, or email us.

3. How we use it

• To reply with a quote and to schedule or perform the work.
• To run the monthly giveaway, pick a winner, and contact that winner.
• To keep a record of the job you asked about.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who processes it

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions, including photos, over HTTPS.
• Google Analytics receives pages you view, rough location, device, and browser type. You can block it with your browser.
• Google Fonts may receive your IP address when the browser downloads the typeface.

This site does not use Google reCAPTCHA.

5. What your browser stores

If you submit the giveaway form, this site saves a flag in local storage on that browser so the same device is not shown the empty form again that month. That flag stays on your device. It is not a complete check for one entry per household. We still remove duplicate household entries before the drawing. The site does not use that flag for advertising.

6. How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests, photos, and giveaway entries for as long as we need them to quote, schedule, complete the job, run that month's drawing, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete an inquiry or an entry if we no longer need it for those purposes.

7. Your requests

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date.
